What an incredible year 2024 has been! The introduction of the highly anticipated cross-platform mod support with this year’s Autumn Update has brought the amazing community closer together than ever before. To top it off, we celebrated the highest number of concurrent players since release five years ago. Seeing your continued love for Transport Fever 2 after all this time fills us with an immense amount of joy.
To thank you for this year we wanted to do something truly special—something we’ve never done before. As visible in the frosty image above, our incredible art team has created the beautiful “Holiday Train”, now available as a free download exclusively on mod.io for PC and all current-gen consoles.
But that’s not all: you’ll also find a small surprise waiting in your game library — a brand-new maintenance patch for Transport Fever 2, addressing the most reported issues of the past few months (consoles are slightly delayed due to console manufacturer’s holidays).
And wait… there’s one more thing! Remember that something new and great we teased in our last post? While we can’t share the exact date just yet, we can tell you this: the day of the big announcement is closer to this Holiday post than it is to the one in 2025…

I hope that the annoucment will be … TF3!!! Metro included, bigger maps, bigger cities, more “level” building tracks optimalization, more trafficjams, trams between road directions, possibility to customization turning lanes and traffic lights, … etc … :)))
ich finde das es zu wenig unterstüzung von team kommt das die wirklich schönen mods die ich gerne auf der ps5 hätte nicht kommen neim stadessen kommt seid 3 wochen garnichts mehr was ich sehr schade finde

Schade, ohne Facebook und den ganzen Schwurblerplattformen erhält man leider kaum Infos zu euren Projekten. Ist es wirklich so ein Aufwand, die Beiträge, die auf Farcebook gepostet werden hier auch als News zu hinterlassen?
