The results are in! After a month of hard-fought creativity, the Modding Contest for 2025 has concluded and we’ve made the winners selection. Our team has been blown away by the quality of all entries, and so will you – every entry is available for you to add to your game right now. Just head to the in-game Mod-Browser and expand your collection!
The contest consisted of three categories: Vehicles, Buildings, and Repaints (liveries).

While Transport Fever 2 has been out for several years now, this contest is a real testament to the mod-making community and proves that they continue to innovate within the game. We hope you enjoy the new range of mods from this contest as much as we were inspired by their creation.
This creativity is often unsung, so with the recent modding contest we wanted to take the opportunity to reward those who selflessly expand the game for other players, and give them the ability to showcase their talent for bringing real-world inspiration to the world of Transport Fever – and they definitely delivered.

It’s great to see game developers understanding and embracing what mod community means for a gaming community! This is where some great games have gone wrong with their later versions, restricting modding and therefor eliminating gaming community to thrive and feel connected with the game.

Please Urban games sort out the lack of content on mod.io available for console, lots of modders are saying they have published their mods but are waiting on urban games to approve them. Personally I would be happy to buy a UK content add-on pack rather than mess around with mod.io, I would also like to remove all the non UK vehicles but I know that might be a tough ask.
